"Brightside Ben"

Does anyone listen to Ben Fuchs, the pharmicist who doesn't believe in medication, but rather, nutritional supplementation?

If so, does anyone follow his advice and experience positive results? It's some interesting stuff!

I haven't heard of him but I myself LOVE nutritional supplements. I had an ear infection recently... It was awful. Cured it with natural ear drops made me tea tree oil and something else. One use and it was gone.   Much better than a trip to the doc for antibiotics. The bottle of ear drops cost me 5 bucks and I still have the whole bottle left ;) Not to say everything can be cured this way obviously but I'm more likely to look for a ntaural solution than a pharmaceutical one.

When I found out I had pcos I went on metformin(sp?) and had all the side effects on the bottle plus no AF. So I looked up natural remedies and started taking, cinnamon, chase tree berry, & zinc everyday. Got my AF three weeks later and every month right on time after that. So I'm a germ believer that a good % of time natural is better.

Very cool! did u get the drops from whole foods? if you have podcasts. I highly recommend this guy! I am rosacea and I am finding out it is probably a food allergy and he has nutritional plans for acne that I am in search of right now. I also purchased Tangy Tangerine and enzymes

I have PCOS too. I've never heard of that. Can you link me to the info you got pleeeeease  

"Food Matters" is a documentary on Netflix that talks ALL about this. I found it really interesting.

not whole foods... we don't have one. but a health food store just the same. I took Vitex to help my cycles and conceive this baby. Took it for just one cycle
