At home work outs

Does anyone have any good at home work out DVD sets or just suggestions on them? The only one I really know of is p90x lol I'm open to all suggestions!

I wont do that one anymore. I've torn my meniscus twice each time I've done the exercise. 2 years ago it was my right knee now its my left knee

but it works. i am planning on doing this.. that or zumba.
