Random cramping?

I've been on cerazette for a month now, and I had like a light period that lasted about a week and ended around the 19th.
The thing is, I've never had cramping during a period- the only time I thought I was having 'period cramps', I was pregnant. Can random cramping happen with this pill? 'Cause I'm pretty sure I'm not knocked up!
