premade greenbean casserole?

So I have 5 different places to go to tomorrow, it's going to be one hell of a day! 2 of them I have to help cook for. I'm making green bean casserole for both and was wondering if it'd be a bad idea to mix all the stuff together tonight so I just have to bake them tomorrow...anyone ever done this?

I've done this. Works out nicely. The only thing I would recommend is to wait until tomorrow to mix in the onions.

Agree completely. Especially is you are planning to use the fried onions. You don't want those crispy bites of heaven to get soggy.

thanks ladies...i always wait till its almost done baking to add the ones on top so hopefully all runs smoothly tomorrow...happy holidays!
