HEELLLP high fever after abortion!!

My temperature is 103.4 after having a spell of strange shaking last night. I didn't feel like I had a fever but I just couldn't stop shaking. I ate some hot soup and went to sleep. I woke up late at night and took my temp to see 103, and this morning 103.4.
I have a headache, and that is my only other symptom. I hardly have had bleeding at all. (TMI sorry) it has been brown like, the whole time. Right now I'm not even wearing a pad because I haven't bled at all in about 12 hours. No cramping, I honestly feel fine in my abdomen area. Its tender but not painful.
I called my family doctor and they seem to be closed today. So I called the Family Planning Services place which I went to for my abortion~ they told me they'd have a nurse call me but no one has called me yet.
I don't want to have to go to the hospital because I already have no money because of the abortion AND I have hospital bills existing already.

So about the antibiotics they gave me;
They gave me 4. They told me take 2 the day I had my abortion, and 2 the next day with food. I did those things, though they were quite spaced out because I had some dizzy spells that didn't allow me to be able to stand up. I was successful in taking all of the antibiotics within the two days I was supposed to though.
My mom told me she feels like they should have given me antibiotics for 10 days. The internet says 5 days.
How many antibiotics should I have been prescribed?? Does 4 for 2 days sound right??

Do I have an infection or am I just sick with a virus??
I need help I cannot contact anyone to give me advice!! I'm about to call them back and tell them to put me on the phone with a nurse...and not leave them alone until they do.

I was on antibiotics for 10 days after my abortion so that is a little weird. It sounds like you have some sort of infection and your body is try to fight it off which is why your temperature is so high. Don't wait for the nurse, go into the hospital. I know you don't want anymore med bills but if you have tissue left over, it could mean your life.

Basically a very good antibiotic

The nurse called, she said I don't have an infection but I could have the flu. She is sending an Rx for a penicillin type drug to my pharmacy.

She didn't mention anything about left over tissue.
If I had left over tissue would there be cramping or bleeding??

I'd LOVE to know how a nurse can tell you that you don't have an infection, over the phone

I'd still head to the ER. Missed tissue can be fatal.

Because apparently if I had an infection it would be very painful. I have pretty much no pain at all.
