Its going to be hard for her to understand since she is autistic.. Keep talking to her and letting her know that what he did was wrong. Tell her that she needs to tell the police what she told you. Being that she trusted you enough to tell her you may be the only person who can get her to talk to the police. Also make sure you guys get her in soon enough to be tested..

That's even more reason that you should call the police. She is autistic and doesn't understand what happened, and she is your younger sister, so I'm guessing she's younger than 21, she was given alcohol illegally and taken advantage of, you have to call, even if she doesn't want you to, you have to, I don't know how old she is but especially if she's underage.

What did she wear home? that is what you need.

If your sister is mentally disabled, it is you and your parents responsibility to contact the cops and deal with this, not hers. Like you said, she doesnt understand what happened. So you need to be her advocate and help her tell them what happened period.

WHAT THE SmUrf!? why!? If she did that she obviously knew she was raped. OMG I would not be able to control my temper...

Well we just got back from the hospital they treated her and she pressed charges against the lady. They gave her alot of medication so shes kinda drugged up right now. She doesnt want to get counciling but i am trying to convince her to get it and that it will help. Shes been so brave already... i hope she can eventually come to terms with what has happened.
