40 weeks.

So I'm due on Wednesday & honestly sick of being pregnant. Not only that but i have absolutley no signs of labor. Baby is still sitting high, i'm not thinning or dialating. I've pretty much lost all hope. My doctor told me that she will wait a week after my due date to induce me. I'm just so worried that shes still going to be sitting high & they will have trouble inducing me. Am i just over reacting or do things like this actually occor?

I went two weeks over with my first, it does happen. I did end up having a c section though.

Chill mama! If this is your first LO, overdue is to be expected. I was overdue with both girls   don't worry though, with DD2 I didn't feel like labour was gonna happen and one night 2 days after her due date passed, my water broke and all hell broke loose lol. I went from occasional irregular contractions to contractions every 3 minutes. On the way to the hospital less than a half hour after my water broke, my contractions were less than a minute apart. It happened that fast. I also felt discouraged because she was still all up in my ribs, she was a biiiiig baby lol. Labor dust to you!!!

I was almost 42 weeks. be patient. baby will come when ready.

my baby dropped down but my cervis saty high...it took 4 days to induced me. 3 6 hours of cervidil. you'll be fine. hopefully she comes on her own tho
