I think im miscarrying

ok so a couple days ago i did a home test and it said positive very excited since i wanted a brother or sister for my daughter but then the other day i started spotting and spotting turned into bleeding at first it was a brownish red color now its like a ruby dark red color i know from my last period i should be about 4 to 5 weeks so i went to the ER and they did a HCG blood test that said the level was at 7 now but my uterus was still in fact closed and ik i havent passed any tissue cause i have been looking its just blood and a little clots in the toilet and pad id just like to know if anyone else has gone through this and what should i do ?

You might not be miscarrying - I would go back in soon and have them do an ultrasound and check your levels again.

I bled A LOT the first 6 weeks or so of my pregnancy and thought for sure I was misscarying. I wasn't though. It was bright red blood the whole time and it would come and go. I don't remember many clots though.

When I bled like that, I was miscarrying. However, my friend bled like that for nearly her entire pregnancy. She gave birth to a beautiful little boy who is now in his terrible twos!

You might be miscarrying and you might not but going back to the ER or doctor isn't going to save your pregnancy if you are in fact miscarrying. I would just wait it out and see what happens. Maybe test again in a week.

I early miscarriage @5 -6 weeks and the blood your describing sounded like what you describe
