Weight loss.

I gained too much weight when I got pregnant, had the munchies worse than a stoner with no self control.   I would like to get down to the weight I was before I moved away from home, I was about 120lbs. Does anyone need a weight loss buddy to help keep them motivated? I know I sure do! Just PM me.
Or if there is a weight loss buddy thread that I am missing send it my way.

Have you tried myfitnesspal.com? It's like a Facebook for ppl trying to loss weight/stay fit.

I need to loose weight too .. but since its christmas and i have no self control what so ever over chritmas i figure i would wait unitl thats gone . Plus im a bridesmaid in october so i NEED to loose weight !!

im trying to lose the baby weight to (30 pounds) my goal this christmas is to not gain any weight. then on to a strict diet and lots of moving. good luck
