Is Lance horrible for a girl?

I just barely found out I am pregnant, so I do not know what I am having yet. My due date however is my uncle that passed aways birthday and he was my favorite uncle so I want to name my child after him. Obviously it's a no brainer if I have a boy, but is Lance completely terrible for a girl?

It's bad - BUT Lance is sometimes short for Lawrence ----so you could go with Lauren, Lorelai, or even something like Laney is cut e& close to Lance.

Lance is the name of my douchebag ex I was with for 4 years who cheated on me and acted like a pigface smurfhead smurf.
