Smurf

It has been three almost four years since I lost my grandpa  . And for some reason this year is the hardest without him and I don't understand why. My DD was born on his birthday at the same exact time. But I was just sitting here thinking about it and I just started crying like a baby. Don't think I am crazy but there are times where I can "feel" him around us it may sound silly but I can not explain it. The only thing DH can think of is because he never met DD.


Sorry had to vent.

  I'm sorry for your loss. I'm terrified to lose somebody. I couldn't imagine.

Im sorry hun, i know the feeling. Its been 3 years since i lost my grandma. And this time of the year is very hard for me. Its her favorite time of the year and all i can think about is how much i miss her christmas cheer. And How much i miss putting together her damn revolving tree thats like 8 or 10 feet tall. I still have a hard time going on the highway that leads to her house without tearing up.

Ofcouce you can feel him around rather he really IS there or its the part of him u carry inside you coming out a little more that day my grandmother passed away on easter in 07 my due date for my son was on her b-day   oct 3rd I prayed he would come then   he didnt he came 9/30 but I could feel her there especally when things started going bad for me and baby half way thru pushing. Keep your head up momma I have lost ALOT of people in my life that I was very close to it get easier some days are harder than others and some years are harder than others. But thier sprit lives inside you

Thank you  . And when I had DD I swear I saw him by the baby warmer once mine and LO's heart beat was going down and seriously two pushes later she was there and the OB was shocked. I believe he was watching over us.

I believe you I should have been an emergency c-secion but the hosptail was crazy with deleiveris that night the ob was running into one room delivering a baby scrubbing out and delivering another but it was loose the baby and me or find a way to get him out the natural way thank god we both where ok and he is a happy VERY healthy 3 month old!!   Our loved ones still find ways to work in our lives even AFTER they are in a better place!!
