As a woman we try to pick everything apart and literal, He was most likely trying to be a sweetheart and tell you in other words that you're the best he will ever have and he wants to only be with you.

We're not yet together, and I think the question I asked is just as important as any other. If he's got self-esteem issues then I don't want him to be with me because he thinks he needs to do what he can. I know the answer for myself, now, but I always ask what's on my mind on BG if it's bothering me enough. Whether or not I take every opinion at face value, it helps me sort out my own thoughts. This place is my second home.
