You can press charges. Not saying that I would because it would just cause a bigger headache, but legally it is defined as sexual assault and he could get jail time for it.

No one said anything about pressing charges anyway

I would be walking my ass over to the neighbors house to tell my husband AND his wife. That is not okay at all!

Someone broke into my house and police didn't do smurf. I don't know what it's like where you live, but here that is a laughable offense.
I don't think of a kiss as something totally sexual. I kiss my friends. I know in her situation it was kinda creepy but he was drunk (I know no excuse). He shouldn't of have but he did. He needs to lay off the booze.

Honestly I'd probably do the same. I'd tell my SO immediately. If it got ugly, I guess I would just have to call the cops.

Exactly. I don't think that is something I could keep from the guys wife. She deserves to know just as much as the husband does.

I'm from Missouri too. It all depends on the town you live in and whether or not the cops are lazy pricks. Unfortunately sexual assault is taken very lightly in a lot of places, but it is still illegal to kiss/grab somebody without their consent.

The definition of Sexual Assault is "sexual contact that usually involves force upon a person without consent or is inflicted upon a person who is incapable of giving consent (as because of age or physical or mental incapacity) or who places the assailant (as a doctor) in a position of trust or authority".

She did not consent to him kissing her or grabbing her in a sexual manner....therefore it is sexual assault.

I would never consider kissing my friends. I don't even kiss my parents. Between two adults I consider a kiss sexual.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought that was a little weird. I mean my dad kisses me on the cheek but that's it. I only hug my mom and step parents. My sister (who is only 10) kisses my cheek. Other than that, I only kiss my husband and my kids.
