I put the kid I babysit to bed with it on. My daughter 18 months wears necklaces to bed. Lol.

Not a clue what this is, but I wouldn't put my LO to sleep with something around their neck.

DS wears one, I leave it on at night. I just tuck it in under his pjs. He doesn't bother with it ever. There's no risk, because if it gets pulled on it comes undone, and the beads are individually strung so they don't go flying all over the place if it breaks, and the beads are small enough to pass, they aren't a choking risk.

I took DS's off when he slept, I always worried about it strangling him while sleeping. I know the good ones have a break away clasp but I'd rather be safe and take it off
