Clear bubble passed during period

I started my period this morning and came with very strong cramps. Well when I took my tampon out there was a clear fluid filled bubble attached to it. I had thought I was pregnant last month because my period had lasted only two days and it was only spotting.but the test came out negative. So I was just wandering if its normal or should I get checked out. I'm thinking maybe it was the very beginning of a pregnancy and just didn't stick to my uterus. I hope this wasn't to much tmi also sorry if it was.

That sounds like a yolk sac...

That is what I was thinking but it was empty. Could it still have been a pregnancy?

It might have been a chemical pregnancy. An extremely early miscarriage. Usually when that happens, there was something wrong with the embryo and your body expels it.

That is what I was thinking but it was empty could it still have been a pregnancy? And the cramping just completely stopped after two hours but those two hours did drag cause that was horrible. And I had a miscarriage in may but I had only passed a med sized blood clot. Each time the tests came up neg. it's strange and thank you also for replying

It could have been a pregnancy and the embryo just stopped growing. I would make an appointment with your gyno to make sure everything has passed. The tests might have come up negative because there wasn't enough hcg in your urine to be detected.
