Not enough for christmas?

I am taking DD's older toys to be donated tomorrow, and I am feeling really horrible because I didnt get her a ton of toys this year. I actually only got her two toys.
She is getting a table with two chairs
arm chair
abby cadabby doll
iphone/ipod kid friendly holder so she can play games and stuff
crayola wonder art supplies
place mats that you can draw on with crayon over and over again of elmo, solar system, dinosaurs, numbers, letters, etc.
a travel easle
aqua doodle
(think she loves to color/draw? lol!)
pajamas, night gown, and a hooded ariel towel.
BD got her a ball pit, a drum set, and a big kitchen.
I know MIL, my brothers and their wives, and BD's cousin and aunt are all getting her a lot of stuff, but I feel terrible that i couldnt get her more toys. I focused on the things that she needed to physically and mentally grow and build her creativity. I feel like I did a terrible job of buying her things she can play with. :\

That's a ton of stuff.  

You're fine mama.   she's getting plenty and it's always good to downsize toys. Otherwise you're playroom turns into a hell hole like ours. Haha

uhh yeh that's a smurfload more than my daughter got her first 10 xmas's. She'll be fine.

Just think, some kids don't get anything at all she's lucky.

She may end up being overwhelmed.

her playroom is the living/dining room.

U got ur kid wayyy more than we got both girls combined. I know family goes overboard so we scaled back. I like what u got ur kid. That's what we got ours- playdoh, paints, coloring stuff, art supplies, n doodle boards.

She definitely doesnt get the concept. She has no idea why we have a tree and why she cant touch the glittery balls and angels. I just feel horrible about donating her toys away, when I didnt get many toys to replace them. I know family got her toys, but I didnt. I feel bad. I dont know why. I shouldnt. I cant shake it.

That's plenty! A bit much actually! The one time we got my son a ton of stuff he was 2 and just got tired of opening smurf lol. He didn't want to keep opening presents, he just wanted to go play with the stuff he already opened.

A lot of it wont be wrapped. Her furniture will be assembled and waiting for her and the like-toys will be bunched together. Clothes, together in one wrapped mess. Coloring stuff, one. place mats laid on her table. Doll wrapped on her chair.

That's overboard.
