That's a TON of stuff! My 3 yr is not even getting 1/2 that much!

That's a lot. Dd doesn't get Christmas presents, but for Diwali, she got fruit, candy, one toy, and a dress. She was happy with it.

I just donated all my kids old stuff, clothes included. But my kids got way more then that. Lol

I wouldn't worry, everyone buys differently for their kids. I see some saying its overboard and that's just opinions they would hate to see my kids gifts. Lol

Uhhh - I do? Lol, no - I just think you went overboard. We don't really do a lot of gifts or anything, we focus on activities with our family.

you make me feel like mine and SOs kids arent getting anything that is plenty of stuff for her and my sugestion is that you have her pick out the toys she doesnt play with to take to other kids so they can have toys for christmas

Shes 18 months, so anything I pick up she wants to play with. I packed everything that she doesnt like (or that i am sick of) and put it away to donate. She is simple. Her favorite toys is her picnic set, shape sorter, and crayons.

Yep. It's one of the main reasons we don't do a big holiday or Christmas at all. Dd's favorite Diwali thing this year was making a special card to send to her Indian pen pal. We sponsor the little girl's family.

Yes I wanted people to tell me I got too little for my daughter. Exactly.
Shut up. I'm not allowed to buy my child what I want for christmas? Go be judgemental somewhere else. It shouldnt matter to you how I spend my money on material items that will progress my child.
