Can you see the moon?

Can't see it from my apt but someone said it had a circle around it and looked scary?

It looks pretty normal here.

I'm too lazy to get up and look lol. Maybe that person was looking through a smudged window or has bad eyesight? I see rings around lights when I'm not wearing my glasses lol.

I've seen a perfect circle around the moon plenty of times, doesn't really mean anything. At least I don't think so.

yeah that's what it said on google also. Apparently if you count the starts inside the circle that's how many days until a storm is coming. I thought that was pretty neat too
