Yeast infection

Is there anything I can use on DS that you can get over the counter? I'm pretty sure he has a yeast infection under his balls (sorry tmi). At first I thought it was just a diaper rash, but he has now had it going on 2 weeks and it's starting to get smelly. I've used a couple of different ointments and powder, but it's not getting any better. I wanted to avoid taking a trip to the Pedi if there's something that we could buy in a store.

Plain yogurt?

Nystatin cream. You can get it at the Pharmacy.
