How is everyone else doing on their weightloss journeys through this holiday season?
I was doing awesome and then I went to a christmas party yesterday and filled up on chocolate cheese cake lol. So delicious I admit it but was doing soooo well! D:
Now I am finding I am craving sugar again. If I cut it out though and don't eat it I notice the craving goes away which is cool. I am not sure if I have lost much weight but my goal is to get down to 105lbs or a size 2 in pants :>
I'm pregnant but I have been trying so hard not to gain alot of weight this pregnancy. I'm at 30lbs and only 26 weeks My doctor isnt concerned with it yet, partly because he knows I am trying, but its just not working out for me.
It is very difficult to get rid of any addiction. 2 things. 1)Trick your mind to believe that you have had enough. 2)Everyday reduce a little bit. Believe that it's something you want to do. You can find more help HERE.
