home remedies for flu?

I have the flu and feel terrible   I went to the doctor and got tamiflu but was looking for any home remedies people might have for the symptoms? Remedies for headache, runny nose, clogged ears, coughing etc...

Im disappointed because SO had to cancel all the birthday plans he made for me today  

Breastmilk.
Hot tea with honey.
Sprite.
BRAT diet.
