Someone PLEASE help me!!

My daughter is 3 & she has severe adhd & severe behavior provlems.

I need help!! I loose my cool ALOT with her. I just dOnt know what to do.
Im at loss, im getting to the point i dont want to be around her cuz she is so bad, i dont like taking her places.

I need help, maybe someone to talk to to help me keep my cool with her, that understands what its like to raise a child like her.

There is alot more but im not posting it here.

 
I'm sorry. The only advice I can think of to tell you is that she can't help it and try not to get angry with her or feel like she's being bad on purpose. Just stop, take a deep breath, and try to make her happy/ calm her down.
I have severe ADHD and I rememebr my mom counting to 10(to herself) and saying "help me God" when I was being really impossible.

Its SO hard, i try time after time to redirect her somewhere else but she dont go for it. She always has to be up my butt, she dont like being away from me..ever. Her max time before she starts crying for me is a few hours. I try to keep her busy, some days all she wants to do is play video games, others is watch tv, and there are days were she is just hell on wheels all day long.

What about sensory activities? When I was getting unmanageable my mom would sit me down with a bowl full of flour and water, or sit me outside with a can of shaving cream, or let me play in a bubble bath etc.
I loved those times and I would really calm down a lot.

When DD gets like this she wont do anything but throw a fit in the floor for minutes & sometimes hours.

I try to talk to her, no dont work for her.
She is always mean to animals, breaks things, she fights with her sister about everything.

For the most part i am home alone.
The corner dont work & neither does spanking.
She climbs up her dresser in her bedroom, she is always trying to find knifes, sissors anything that will hurt her or someone else. She likes to choke me, i tell her i will die and she will never see me again if she chokes me.. All she says after that is die. She chokes herself, animals, her sister.

I'm really sorry idk what I would do in that situation!

i raised my brother and he was the exact same way. wwhat i would do when he beacame to crazy i would walk outside and take a time out. dont yell at her. try to be understanding. best thing is goign for walks and doing scavenger hunts. i use to take my brother for walks around the neighborhood. and brought a note pad with us. it had like how many red cars and so on. how many birds can you find. all types of stuff . another thing is puzzles or legos or building blocks keep their hands entertained. its a full time job (more so than jsut parenting kids with out this problem)(sorry if that sounds mean didnt mean to) i hope that helps alot.

I try to keep her busy, i try to go outside & take a breather, she wont let me. She throws stuff at the windows. We have had to replace 3 windows already. I would let her outside with me but she runs in the street.

I am bipolar & i have a anger problem always have. Ive tried going to groups, they dont help.

Sensory activvities may be good for you both...I have depression and a sensory processing proble...4 yo can be a bit too much sometimes...so I found some cheap EASY ways to calm us both... sorry to ask, have you talked to her doctor about her violent outbursts?
