When my little girl was 2 1/2 the doctor told me to give her a cap full in her juice once a day.

yea I thought it was odd too but she was fine. You can always call cvs or any other pharmacy for recommended dosages.

same.. or similar. My daughter had constipation issues at 4.... and she had me give her a cap a day... said just sprinkle a little im multiple drinks a day.... to equal one capful.
