Baby Swings

I bought an expensive swing, only to read reviews later that the motor stops working.. so I took it back before even opening it. I started looking around again.... and I found several... but I just want something that will last a while and he can use it a long time....

Has anyone used this one before? It looks pretty interesting and times cheaper than the one I return.

I did, but then the reviews said the motor burns out... so I returned it... I want one to last... and it's so hard to find one that plugs in... plus it was a huge swing....I have no idea where I was going to really put it lol... then I saw this, I was like WOW, little and cheap... compared to the one I just returned... but i'm unsure.... honestly I want sleep... i'm afraid he won't sleep in his bassinet... so I was hoping to find something that will keep him asleep at night without having him sleep with my husband and I... any suggestions?

I feel this will be a trial and error lol... i'll have to buy it and try it first... lol, all my kids would not sleep in their bassinet... it was hard to sleep thats for sure, because you never hit rem cycle.. for sure! I don't want to be a zombie this time....

I'm guessing the one you returned is a Fisher Price Cradle Swing. Honestly, I would've kept it. We've had 4, one for each of our kids...[because they always come out with something cuter in the years between them] we've only had motor issues with 1 and Fisher Price, offered to replace the motor for free or issue a full refund. We had already replaced the swing so we took the refund. I love this product, even with the chance of the motor burning out...I'd buy another in a heart beat!

As far as swings go, ya! The Mamaroo is pretty great.

Now I wish I hadn't returned it... lol I will probably buy it and hope for the best!

the mamaroo was used like 3 times and went back in the smurfing box and is in storage i hate it, my daughter screamed bloody murder in it.... Shes much happier with the graco swing haha.
