3 year old birthday party

My son's 3rd birthday is in less than a month and I'm trying to start planning it for him. I plan on it being at my apartment. It's going to be Scooby Doo themed. (he decided this)
I need ideas on some foods. I don't want anything messy.. or an entire "meal" so I need cheap, easy ideas.. as I'll be 37 weeks pregnant at this point.
I'm thinking maybe a cheese ball, check chunks..
I know a cake, cupcakes and ice cream.
but what else is easy?


Also, my cousins birthday is the day after, he will also be 3 years old. whats something cute I can do for him as well?

and as for a few small games. kids will be between 1-7 years old.

Sounds stupid but as soon as I read this, I thought if it were me I would put a bowl of shortbread or something out with a sign saying scooby snacks lol.
