Dear smurfing christ, no you're not reading my entire posts!!! I said I wasn't feeling the urge, I WANTED TO, but I wasn't feeling the urge (BECAUSE NEWSFLASH NOT EVERYONE DOES!!!) I was however told I couldn't physically push the baby out. Because it was still "TOO EARLY"! HOLY Smurf!!! READ THE ENTIRE SmUrfING POST!!!

What? No...the OB was there, and the PED was on the phone! OB said that he was going by what PED said and he couldn't deliver baby without her there, and she was refusing to come in until I was 36 weeks!

So an OB, who delivers babies everyday was listening to a pediatrician when she said not to push. That doesnt even make sense

you are absolutly smurfed in the head ped docs aren't trained to handle labor I don't think you even knew who the smurf was caring for you. you have said multiple times that you were not allowed to push and then that you were not able to. I think you are lying

24 hours does make a difference... but not when you're in active labor. no way they'd have told you that you couldn't push... except you told US you coudlnt' push.

unless you weren't actually complete. (10 cm)... then of COURSE they'd tell you not to push. but... since you said you felt no urge... and coudlnt' push... why WOULD they tell you not to? and if they did.. why would it be sadistic of them not to allow you to do something you both COULDN"T do.. and felt no URGE to do???

bull smurf why would a peds decline to come in until you are further along, I know cuz it didn't happen. I don't believe anything you say anymore. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and say that I'm guessing you just have no smurfing clue what they were talking about and not what i'm really thinking

Pretty sure that none of the OB's around here are right in the head, and no it didn't make much sense to me either. But fact of the matter whether you want to believe it or not is I was 10cm 100% effaced with no urge to push and a ped telling my OB I couldn't push the baby until the next day, and unfortunately my ignorant OB was listening to her, and the nurses were just going along with it as well. I had two of them tell me what was going on wasn't right.
