Most of my diet is fruits and veggies... I actually have a pretty good diet. Though, lately its been for smurf and I cant eat because of my hormones. I like coconut milk but its a little bland to me. I LOVE soy milk, but I get pretty damn sick if I have too much soy. Like, hugging the toilet sick. I didnt realize it was the soy milk until I realized I was getting sick if I drank more than about 2 glasses a day, and it couldnt be too many days in a row. I have not tried almond milk. I like rice milk too, albeit its a little bland. Not as much as coconut milk though. I do eat a lot of nuts, I do not eat fish whatsoever. Eating leafy greens is part of my regular diet. Avocado, YUM! I love the stuff, and eat it often in multiple ways.
I never had infections until the damn mirena though. Ugh, my damn reproductive system has SUCKED the past years!!!!
