UNCOMFORTABLE

I had a NV birth, and my old stitches tore. got fixed, and after 8 weeks, -as the doctor agreed- had my first sex after delivery, felt i would tear once again  
and i am having this feeling every time i have sex .
i went to my doc. she said my stenches are gone and
i don't have infections or what so ever.
but i still have this pain!


do you have any idea wt to do?

Give it time and use lube and keep trying (go SLOW!)

It took about 2 months before I could have sex without serious pain after I had my son---my body just clamped down tighter than a virgin after delivery! And breast feeding killed my natural lubricant)

This is my second delivery, i dont remember the pain like this,
it's toke me less than a month to get use to it.

Honestly, my scar was irritated for a year or so after I gave birth.. The first time having sex was the worst though. Just wait a little longer and try again slowly. It does get better.
