WOMEN HAVING NEG PEE TEST POSTIVE BLOOD

I AM 13 DAYS LATE. I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL PREGNANCY TEST. I WENT TO THE DOCTORS YESTERDAY BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HAVING FREQUENT URINATION. MORNING/DAY/NIGHT SICKNESS CRAVING. MY NIPPLES ARE SORE.. AND BAD BACK PAINS. N MORE TIRED. MY DOCTOR REQUESTED A BLOOD TEST BECAUSE OF ALL MY COMPLAINTS. I WAS WONDERING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD NEG PEE TEST BUT A POSTIVE BLOOD TEST. I STILL WAITING FOR MY RESULTS OF MY BLOOD PLEASE HELP!

That's also what the doctor said and "apparently" she said she could feel something in my stomach... i didn't believe it so much but thats why she wanted me to get the blood test. But of course my mind wont stop thinking! I have the feeling like i am. Im just not 100% sure. I've read people never having a positive urine test..
