birth plan?

i really want to write one and not sure how any suggestions and should i write one.....has anbody else

Print out a paper that says "Be Flexible" on it.

In all seriousness, the only things that need to be on a birth plan is what you want or dont want for pain relief and what you want to happen after baby is born just incase you need to be separated. Like sugar water, no sugar water, pacifier, no pacifier, shots given after birth or no shots, bottle or breast.

Im due February 14-25 im also looking for a birth plan myself im anxious !!! I dnt know if i want a water birth or normal one. This is my first one .

Ask your OB I know when I worked at the maternity center the OB s there helped their patents with it and when it was time us nurses and techs and everyone else involved had to read it and help all we could to make sure it happened for the mommy.

How come your due "date" is technically a due range...???

Sorry i took so long to answer . Well im very irregular on my menstrual periods i honestly dont know when was my last one was. The doctor's are measuring my baby and dping check ups often

That's how my period was too, I had literally two or three periods a year and they would come just whenever they felt like it until I lost weight and then I had two periods in a row and now I'm having a baby lol
