Soothing a torn/stiched vag

posted 21st Dec
Anything that helps? Mine is super tender, and i'm having trouble stitting and standing back up. The squirt bottle helps, but i can't spend all day on the toilet lmao
Any suggestions?

Soak a diaper with water and freeze it. Then wear it your panties. It's like a contoured ice pack and so soothing. Also get some witch hazel pads.

The only thing that helped me we're those I've pads from the hospital! The ones you twist and they turn ice cold..

They didn't give me a spray, just an antibiotic gel and a foam to put on my pads.

Dermoplast helped me, you can pick it up at any pharmacy, I also picked up some calmoseptine ointment which helped because it made it so my pee didn't make my rip sting. And which hazel pads were wonderful too.

Definitely Dermoplast and witch hazel pads. Stick them right on the pad and leave them there...Work great
