My 3 -5 and 6 month old has like a bad cold . Well I'm taking my baby in to the Dr in the morning but my kids ate getting fevers and there joints hurt and they just cry . I've done Tylenol and ibuprofen and my 5 year old is on a antibiotic for a ear infection and seems to be doing better . Could it be the flu ??? Like influenza stuff ?

If their joints hurt I would be watching out for the flu. A cold will not make your joints hurt.

It's weird cause when every they get sick with anything there joints hurt
