Getting ready to make coconut, caramel, chocolate bars from scratch, wish me success on the caramel sauce  

Fudge brownies topped with mint frosting and then a chocolate to be semi crunchy on the top. Mmmmm


And lastly, I don't know what it's called but you mix lime jello and lemon jello, nuts, cottage cheese, pineapple and evaporated milk then refridgerator over nights and it's like creamy jello with yummy stuff in the mix. My Favorite. Making a triple batch so we have plenty of leftovers. Yummy.


Are you baking anything getting ready for Christmas? Or just because?

I don't think so? There are no marshamellows, oranges or cherries, or coconut. But I'm no ambrosia fan or expert either lol. I got that once at the deli and it was chewy and gross lol

No this is really good. I grew up with it, so it reminds me of my grandpas farm. Fond memories. Weird?
