Wait is it like a cut on the inside of his throat? That wouldn't scare me as much as cutting the outside and puking blood.

But still, puking blood is pretty much a guaranteed ER trip in my mind.

Maybe all the crying made him gag and he had swallowed some of the blood from the cut in his throat and it came up when he threw up. Im sure its nothing to be worried about but I would call just in case. Its like when my daughted busted her nose on her brothers head she was sniffing and crying and she swallowed some blood it came up because of how upset she got and the amount of crying she was doing. Turns out she was fine and the blood was from her nose. I would just call and double check make sure theres no cause for concern.

called the nurse line, they said to get him checked, so i did.. and he is fine! has two cuts and a scrape, one was bleeding just a little still, and its all swollen, soft diet for 36 and follow up with his dr if fever, voice change and or breathing difficulties arise.

we're always in the damn er, girl! I almost took Zoey the other day cause she strangled her arm in her sleep. These kids, I swear!
