So I've been doing random exercises at home and it's just not cutting it. I feel like I need to start doing some sort of program, or routine. I looked into a Crossfit program and while it looks good, it isn't available at the times I could do it.
So I'm wondering what kind of programs you ladies have done, or are doing. What worked best for you? Which gave the best results? TIA
