If I were to use it I would use Una. It is an Irish feminine name.
Derived from the Irish word uan meaning lamb. It is also the original name that Oona/Oonagh is a variant of. The two O's are what's gets me

To me nothing. Just like naming your child Lachlan, Fiona or Seamus. Just the spelling would be better as Una
