If your kids recieves SSI

Was the amount you received affected in any way once your kid entered school? I was just curious because I know its one of the things that you're suppose to report.

My sister receives it for her two sons who were diagnosed with Autism. One goes to a public school the other to a special needs school and it did not effect either their SSI.

I've gotten SSI my entire life.
Reporting that your child has entered school will have no effect.
Only things like changes in income level, new jobs ETC do.
