I always make the same basic one.... I use frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, frozen blackberries, frozen raspberries, banana, non fat vanilla yogurt and some milk I've made one w banana, chocolate syrup, the yogurt, and some peanut butter too

Hehe i have one a those single serve type blenders where ya fill up your cup w/whatever and twist on the top that has blades in it n stick it in the base to blend I usually have a smoothie every morning!!

Oh my where did you get that? The smoothies will be just for me because they are for my placenta drinks lol so that'll be easier instead of buying a whole new blender

I got it at jcpenny!! It was like $20 and it 'cooks' brand I believe I just ordered it online too...what are you doing with your placenta?! Lol sorry I don't kno much about that!

Well I was gonna make pills out of my placenta but it can take some of the benefits away so smoothies are the easiest way, no strange taste but it speeds up recovery, natural energy, natural pain reliever, can prevent ppd, can shrink your uterus to natural size faster, can help boost your milk supply and can stop bleeding much faster. So many great things! Just people get grossed out lol but Hey animals don't do it for no reason

I'm not sure, I'll be having a home birth. I know it's much harder to get your placenta when your at the hospital.

I wish I would of known with my others. I had horrible ppd with my last. With 4 kids a faster recovery is gonna be much needed!
