Yep!!! I'm a total car seat nut. And that frustrates me to no end.

I had the shower cap style for DD when she was little. It was awesome! Especially with the freezing winters here.

I got one for $12 and honestly they are not that great, it looks like something a 7 year old sewed together. The top stitching was very sloppy, and yes I sew.

Some people   I could never sell something that I knew was unsafe.

I wouldn't have got one of the canopy ones. That's just as easy as throwing a blanket over the handle.

That's basically all it is, a blanket that you can velcro to the handles, very easy to make yourself cheaper than $12, and not even worth the $12 IMO.

Yeah even the cheap Walmart ones are like $20 I think.

I got one for super cheap on eBay from a granny who made them   it was HK and Fleece. I wanna say like less than $10. It was a window and a zipper on it and everything. I'm glad I bought a safe one cause back then I def didn't know half of what I know now about car seat safety.

I smurfing hate that statement. A car seat is NOT a fashion accessory. It's a safety device. And there are TONS of cute prints from the manufacturer! Why buy the handmade ones!

Also I would love to know how people clean smurf and spit up out of that gross minky material without tearing apart the seat 4 times a week!

Well before I bought the shower cap one, I just put a blanket hanging from the sun shield down to her feet. That worked just fine!!

This is the one I had except mine was dark gray to match her seat.

It was awesome! I like the double zippers on it. Most of the other ones I see only have one zipper which makes it hard to tighten the harness. I'm one of those weird people who loosens and tightens it every time. Lol

From that company? That's sad. And people probably pay $50 for them too

My infant carrier tightens in back. But I think those are more expensive here in store. Im fairly sure they're $20. But in could be wrong. Who knows haha. I can't find a pic of mine   Waaah. I'm usin it for this baby too. Lylian was using it as a chair cover at my moms house cause the chair had a little crack in it and I didn't want her butt to get pinched haha. She decided she wanted to give it to her baby sister   so my mom washed it for us.

It's my passion to become a carseat technician. Maybe then they'll take me seriously
