I'm so excited to make cheddar and bacon mashed potatoes for Christmas. Suppose to taste like an overloaded baked potato.
I wash it, poke a ton of holes in it with a fork and put it on the 'potato' setting in the microwave. When it's done, I cut it in half lengthwise... put butter on it, let it melt... then put ranch and shredded cheese. nomnom
I wash them, rub them with olive oil and sea salt, bake them. Then eat them loaded up with butter, shredded cheddar, salt, pepper, and sour cream (and sometimes bacon bits). Goddamn I wish I had a baked potato right now.
