If you are concerned...get a doctors note to park closer to the high school. Everyone else is right...it's not the school's job to wall you to and from. You can't guarantee that you won't fall down/up stairs in your home...do you expect your mom and dad to walk you around the house to make sure you don't fall? Sheesh!

OP I take it that you have been living in that type of weather for a while and you walked perfectly fine before you were pregnant. Just because you're pregnant doesnt mean special treatment. Just watch where you are going.. Lol

not everywhere cleans every walking area perfectly.
I did it with my 2 pregnancies and I was fine, I have a high risk pregnancy right now and I park at the back of the parking lot and walk my happy ass up, just watch your step.

Being cautious is watching where you are going and walking slow. 

Lol when I was 39 weeks pregnant with my youngest on halloween night, there was a snow storm. Not only did no one help me walk across the parking lot, I carried my 18 month old across the parking lot.

Being pregnant alone doesn't even make you a fall risk in the hospital, let alone every day life. I just walked across two patches of ice hidden under the snow and had no problems, smurrrf...take it slow and make sure your boots have good traction. Common sense.

Exactly.. Then be cautious & watch where you are going..? Its not that hard.. Being cautious is yourself being cautious lol not others being cautious for you. If you cant be cautious about walking to school and watch where you're going, how are you going to be cautious with a newborn without assistance. & if you're not going to ask for assistance why even bring it up??
