my fair wedding with david tutera

i heard he only does weddings in California.. is that true or does he choose diff places every season..has all his seasons been in cali?  

I'm pretty sure it's only in California because he has the connections there, and it's a time thing. He couldn't go all these other places and do what he does in just 3 weeks.
