That sucked.

Sooo, last night my husband and I were doing foreplay & in the middle of it, he says he thinks I'm bleeding. I get up to look and there is blood absolutely eveeerywhere. How romantic. So, we both start panicking, thinking my water broke. I got in the shower while we called the doctor and I was still bleeding. I then felt the need I had to pee so I sat on the toilet and a huge clot came out which scared the smurf out of me. So, the doctor tells us to come in. On our way, I was having contractions probably every 10 minutes. I get to the hospital, get hooked up to the monitors and everything looks fine with the baby but I wasn't having many contractions. The highest it would go to was in the 70's. I got checked & I was 2CM, head at 0 & 80% thinned? It's all so confusing to me, lol. Well, needless to say, they didn't keep me. The Dr said everything looked fine, baby was good & labor was near, just not tonight. Oh, & of course this all had to happen in an effin' blizzard when I live about an hour away from the hospital.
I love false alarms. -__-

They didn't tell you why you were bleeding so bad? I have heard of some bleeding after sex but not clots.

They summed it up to a friable cervix? It might have been my mucus plug? I have not a clue what the hell happened. But, no more bleeding, no cramps, nothin.
