No, but you did say you home schooled her last year, so she's not in the routine of turning her homework in every day. Maybe she needs that extra verbal cue until she can do it on her own without reminder for a week or more at a time?

An IEP is an individualized education program. It's basically a plan that's JUST for your child. It's for kids who need extra help in school for various reasons.

Iep is an individual education plan, similar to a 504. Since she has a 504 and her homework grade is low you should ask for it to be revised to require the math teacher to give her an extra prompt and do the daily log thing. I'd just use the reasoning with them that yes, though her math grade is still good despite the issues, if it is allowed to continue it could severely affect her grades in later years.

Honestly, I don't know how much more they can do. The teacher calls for homework at the beginning of class. I have caught homework from previous nights coming back home with her and I will keep it in her folder and remind her to turn it in. And last year she was homeschooled from November on, but she has always been in public before that. But, this IS the first year that she does change classes.
