Preterm Labor Part 2..

This magnesium sulfate got me feeling like ishhh..
I can't sleep, feel sick as ever, still having contractions, and sooo many other feelings. If you ever had this what did you do? && how long did you stay in the hospital? ...

Btw: I MISS my husband && Kids,.. this suxz.

I was induced with DD at 37 weeks, and due to medical issues I was on magnesium sulfate for 5 days, and I felt like I had been hit by a truck. I was super swollen, dizzy, had cold sweats. It was AWFUL.

What did you do the whole 5 days...just lay here? I'm hating this.

Pretty much. I watched TV and slept, since I wasn't allowed out of bed. I had it turned on when I went it for my severe pre-e, blood pressure and anemia on thurday, gave birth on sunday, and had it turned off on monday. I wasn't allowed out of bed until tuesday, except to shower sunday with help.

I was on it as well when I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks. I was also in the hospital for more than a week. I guess I was lucky though because I stayed sleeping pretty much the entire time i was there. The magnesium just knocked me out. I really dont remember anything from that hospital stay. :/ But good luck to you! I hope youre released soon.

Thanks. Just tht Christmas is coming up; I want to be outa here. But I want my daughter to be healthy as well
