Will they stay good?

I'm making Oreo Truffles for a party Christmas Eve. Will they stay good if I make them now? Me and Aria both have insomnia and I have a crazy urge to bake, and I think I should. Considering I already ate a good amount of oreos just because I haven't had them in months   Lol, so, yes or no?

They're just cream cheese + crushed oreos, dipped in chocolate, sprinkled with more oreos. Storage is just in the fridge in a sealed container.

I made mine the night before they were fine and yummy

A friend made something from cream cheese and biscuits last year but it was supposed to make the biscuits soggy and eaten like a kind of cheesecakey thing. It was like a log packet of biscuits that were glued together with cream cheese and then covered in cream cheese. She did it 2 days before Christmas and it ended up a bit soggier than she wanted it

Lol, I'm just afraid to make a batch now. Lol, because I don't know if I could even split the recipe right to make a small amount since I have to melt all the chocolate for a whole recipe. And if I make them all I'll either eat them all so they don't go bad   or they will go bad. And I'll be buying more ingredients. Lol, if I'm lucky maybe I could do it and they'll be fine.
