Brine for Turkey

posted 20th Dec
I bought a turkey breast for us to have for Christmas dinner, since it will only be 3 of us. My parents always make a brine for their turkey and it comes out soooooo good, I do have an email into my mom but she is sleeping so I know she won't answer until tomorrow, but just wanted to get some ideas of what you put in your brine? besides the obvious salt.
