Quoting Miss Brittany:" How much do you get a month? I am debating on taking my son's dad to court to increase."

that depends on ALOT of things. every state is different, every case is different. how much you get depends on how much both of you make and how much he sees the child.

Rule of thumb is to have it recalculated every 3 years or every time someone gets a major promotion, or health insurance or child care costs change.

Under $300 but my husband pays his ex $650/month. It depends on diff stuff. How much you make, how much he makes, in MI the dad has to pay for half of daycare. There are usually online calculators.
