Mmm i don't think that's how it works. They always have some way of calculating it. Since he's not working it makes it trickier, but they can't use his previous money position to depict the current.

IL is supposed to go off min wage...but they didn't. His lawyer said he thought he was making 100 dollars on unemployment. They never even asked for his financial proof or anything.

I know with my hearing they didn't ask for proof of anything, they went off of our word....we're both honest though....or at least I hope we both are lol.

Ehh this judge was going to give him 50/50 custody until his lawyer said it was unacceptable because he was using the kids for drug mules. His lawyer even wanted him to have supervised but the judge said nope.
