Chicken 'n' Taters

posted 20th Dec
Tryin to figure out dinner. I have chicken breasts, corn, and potatoes. I was gonna fry the potatoes, so how do you fry your taters? I'm thinking of doing mine in a lil olive oil and butter in a skillet.

And for the chicken, idk if I can fry it or if I should just grill it in a pan? I have milk and flour is that enough for a breading? Or how would you grill it? Olive oil and/or butter?

Ahhh so confusedddd lol help?

For frying potatoes...I bake them in the microwave first. Then slice them and fry them in a bit of butter. Dont try frying them from raw. As for the chicken...do you have salad dressing?? I pour salad dressing over my chicken breasts and bake in the oven at 375 F for 45 min.

Our oven is broke or I'd make bbq chicken with baked potatoes   sooo much easier. I thought about grilling the chicken and try using my Cowboy Rub that I usually use on ribeyes and things. But I didn't know if I should put olive oil or butter or both in the pan or if the rub would even be any good on chicken
